This Website was realized in 2008, to support my enterprise acquisition project. I then created the ACTYES company, suitable for investments, advisory or consulting assignments. My project became a reality in 2009, when I took the head of the company OTIMA, and entered the capital within a LBO. I left all operational responsibilities of OTIMA in 2011, and this website is now out of service. |
